DEFINITION: A Music Career Professional is someone who is trained on a musical instrument or voice (through education or experience) and who makes some to all of their income doing professional gigs (along with other music-related pursuits) and has both an artistic and a financial investment in the music business.
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY 1. To find out HOW MUSICIANS ARE DOING FINANCIALLY and WHAT MUSICIANS ARE DOING (or not doing) to achieve it. 2. How musicians are adapting to the changing climate and to give NEW IDEAS for making money.
It will take 20 minutes. It requires no typing or essays just checking off boxes. Skip questions that don't apply to you. VOLUNTARY and ANONYMOUS. ONCE YOU START PLEASE FINISH!
